Returns

✅ Items must be in their original condition, with the seal and packaging intact.
✅ Customers must cover return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
✅ Some returns may have a small restocking fee, especially for large or special orders.

How to Return

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Ship the product back in its original condition.

Refunds

✅ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
✅ Depending on your payment provider, it may take extra time for the refund to appear in your account.
✅ Refunds will not be issued if the product is:

  • Opened or used
  • Damaged by the customer, including packaging damage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

✅ If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with:

  • Pictures of the item
  • Your order number
    ✅ We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

❌ We do not offer exchanges.
✔ If you want a different product, return the original and place a new order.
