• For the Face — Daily Routine

1. After cleansing, close the eyes and spray the Hypochlorous Acid Daily Facial Spray evenly over the face from approximately 15–20cm away.
2. Allow the mist to air dry or gently pat it into the skin.
3. Follow with an appropriate amount of 3H Relief Cream over the face and neck and gently pat until absorbed.
4. Use the facial spray throughout the day whenever the skin feels hot, oily, stressed or in need of refreshing care.
5. Use the 3H Relief Cream morning and evening.
6. During the daytime, always finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen.

• For the Body — Red Acne Body Peeling Shot

1. Before showering, apply the Red Acne Body Peeling Shot to dry body skin on targeted areas such as the back, chest, shoulders, arms or buttocks.
2. Leave on for approximately 1 minute only, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Use approximately 1–2 times per week, depending on skin tolerance.

• For the Body — Hypochlorous Acid Body Peel Shot

1. Shake before use and apply to dry skin over rough, bumpy or congested areas.
2. Gently massage until loosened buildup begins to roll away, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Use approximately 2 times per week.

• Important:

1. Do not use the Red Acne Body Peeling Shot and Hypochlorous Acid Body Peel Shot on the same area on the same day. Alternate them on different days to reduce the risk of over-exfoliation.
2. Avoid using either body peel over broken, irritated, freshly shaved or freshly waxed skin.
3. Follow body exfoliation with a gentle body moisturizer.
4. Apply sunscreen to exposed body areas during the daytime.
