Use on clean body skin. Spray an appropriate amount onto the targeted area, then gently massage in circular motions to help exfoliate and smooth the skin. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water after use. Use 2–3 times per week, or as tolerated by your skin. Avoid using on the face, broken skin, freshly shaved areas or very sensitive areas. Follow with a body moisturizer. If used during the day on exposed areas, apply sunscreen.
