Start with clean skin. After cleansing and toner, apply 345 Relief Serum evenly to the face and gently pat until fully absorbed.

Use 345 Relief Cream Mask 1–3 times per week when your skin needs extra soothing and hydration. Apply the sheet mask evenly over the face, leave on for 10–15 minutes, then remove and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin.

Use 345 Relief Cream Mist whenever your skin feels dry, tight or uncomfortable. Shake well before use to mix the cream and water-essence layers, then close your eyes and spray evenly over the face. It can be used before moisturizer, before makeup, over makeup or during the day for a quick hydration refresh.

Finish with 345 Relief Cream as your moisturizer step. Apply an appropriate amount to the face and neck to soothe, moisturize and support the skin barrier.

Use morning and evening depending on your skin’s needs. During the day, always finish with sunscreen. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
