Wet the body thoroughly with lukewarm water. Dispense an appropriate amount of body wash onto your hands, shower sponge or washcloth and work into a lather.

Gently massage over the body, concentrating on areas that need extra cleansing or brightening care such as the arms, legs, back, elbows and knees. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Use daily during your shower or bath. Follow with a moisturizing body lotion after drying the skin, particularly if your skin feels dry. For daytime body areas exposed to the sun, apply sunscreen to help protect against further visible uneven tone.

Avoid direct contact with the eyes and intimate areas. Do not use on broken or severely irritated skin.
