After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to dry body skin. Gently massage in circular motions on targeted areas such as arms, legs, elbows, knees or other rough areas to help lift away dead skin buildup. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times per week depending on your skin’s comfort. Avoid using on the face, broken skin, irritated skin, freshly shaved areas or highly sensitive areas. Follow with body moisturizer. If used on areas exposed to the sun, apply sunscreen during the day.
