Use in the shower on wet body skin. Apply an appropriate amount onto your hands, washcloth or shower puff, then lather with water. Gently massage over the body, focusing on areas that need extra care such as the back, underarms, elbows, knees, inner thighs or bikini line. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Use daily or a few times per week depending on your skin’s comfort. Follow with body lotion after showering to keep the skin moisturized. Avoid using on the face, broken skin, freshly shaved irritated areas or intimate areas. If using on areas exposed to sunlight, apply sunscreen during the day.
