CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser is a dermatologist-developed exfoliating cleanser made for normal, rough, bumpy and acne-prone skin. Salicylic Acid helps loosen dead surface skin cells and refine rough-feeling texture, while Gluconolactone provides additional gentle exfoliating and moisture-supporting care. Niacinamide helps soothe and support balanced-looking skin, while three essential Ceramides — Ceramide NP, AP and EOP — together with Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid help maintain the protective moisture barrier. Cholesterol, Phytosphingosine and Vitamin D provide additional barrier and antioxidant support. The fragrance-free, non-comedogenic formula can be used on both the face and body and contains no harsh exfoliating microbeads.

Wet the face or body with lukewarm water.

Dispense an appropriate amount of cleanser into the hands and gently massage over wet skin using circular motions.

Focus gently on areas with rough texture, visible buildup or congestion without aggressively scrubbing.

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat the skin dry.

Use once daily to begin if you are new to Salicylic Acid or have sensitive skin.

If the skin remains comfortable, frequency can gradually be increased according to skin tolerance.

It can be used on the face and body, including rough-feeling areas such as the arms, legs, chest or back.

Avoid the immediate eye area and do not apply over broken or visibly irritated skin.

Avoid combining too many strong exfoliating acids or abrasive scrubs in the same routine if dryness or irritation develops.

Follow with moisturizer after cleansing and apply broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning.
