1. Apply to clean body skin after showering or bathing.
2. Dispense an appropriate amount and spread evenly over the arms, legs, torso and other areas requiring moisture or texture care.
3. Massage gently using circular motions until fully absorbed.
4. Focus additional product on rough or dry areas such as the elbows, knees, upper arms and legs.
5. If you are new to Retinol body care, begin by using the lotion every other evening or a few times per week and gradually increase according to skin tolerance.
6. Avoid applying immediately after shaving, waxing, strong exfoliation or other treatments that may leave the skin temporarily sensitized.
7. Avoid layering strong exfoliating acids over the same body areas in the same routine when first introducing Retinol.
8. Use sunscreen on body areas that will be exposed to daylight.
9. Avoid applying to broken, irritated or damaged skin.
10. Retinoid products are generally avoided during pregnancy unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.
