After shampooing, rinse the hair thoroughly and gently remove excess water until the hair is towel-damp.

Apply an appropriate amount of the mask evenly through the hair, concentrating mainly on the mid-lengths, ends and visibly damaged areas.

Gently press or massage the treatment into dry, rough or over-processed strands.

Leave on for approximately 3–5 minutes for intensive conditioning.

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Use approximately 2–3 times per week for dry or damaged hair, or adjust frequency according to your hair's condition.

Heavily bleached, colour-treated or heat-damaged hair may use the mask more frequently if needed.

Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
